The 28th Annual Olde Salem Days

Each year, the Salem Jaycees Inc. organize one of the largest arts & crafts festivals in Virginia, Olde Salem Days. With the money generated from this huge one day event the Salem Jaycees Inc. are able to make large contributions back into the community and local charities.
Olde Salem Days attracts over 400 crafters, food vendors, and entertainers each year. An average of over 60,000 people attend Olde Salem Days each year in search of handcrafted gifts and entertainment.
Olde Salem Days also boasts an antique car show and contest sponsored by the Roanoke Valley Region Antique Car Club of America, three stages of entertainment, and a children's fair with rides, games, and free activities for children of all ages.

About The Jaycees
With the focus of the nation on volunteerism, from the smallest towns to the largest cities, the Jaycees are enlarging areas of opportunity for young people. The United States Junior Chamber (Jaycees) gives young people between the ages of 18 and 40 the tools they need to build the bridges of success for themselves in the areas of business development, management skills, individual training, community service, and international connections. The U.S. Junior Chamber is a non-profit corporation/organization as described under IRS code 501 (c)(3)
